Do I need to provide anything on moving day?
No, we bring everything needed for your move including the moving truck, furniture blankets, dollies, and basic tools for disassembly and reassembly. If you’re doing your own packing, make sure all boxes are properly taped and sealed. It’s helpful to have a clear path from your items to the truck and parking space available close to your entrance for the moving truck.

Do I need to empty out my dressers when moving?
No. You can leave your clothing in your drawers. Your dressers will be shrink-wrapped and padded, which will protect them while in transit and prevent the drawers from opening.
What payment methods do you accept?
Tidal Town accepts cash and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Payment is due upon completion of your move. Note that there is a 3% processing fee for credit card payments. A detailed invoice is provided showing start time, end time, hourly rate, and any additional services.
