I've used moving companies at least 10 times over the past 6 years for my own moves and for helping family members move, so I have a lot of experience with movers. Out of all the companies I've worked with, this one is hands down my favorite.I've used them 3 times this year alone, and every single experience has been outstanding. Every crew I've had has been professional, efficient, kind, and incredibly hardworking. No matter which team shows up, they represent the company exceptionally well.One thing that really stands out is how organized and efficient they are. My moves never drag on all day. They arrive on time, get right to work, and somehow make even large moves feel easy. I've had moves over an hour away, and they still had everything completed by early afternoon. Their efficiency is unmatched.Their pricing is also some of the best I've found in the area. The hourly rate is fair, transparent, and well worth every penny. I've never felt like anyone was wasting time or trying to run up the clock.Another thing I appreciate is how professional and presentable every crew member has been. Everyone is clean-cut, courteous, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They take care of my belongings, communicate well, and always go above and beyond to make the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible.I have had multiple different crews, and every single one has been amazing. That consistency says a lot about a company. Tidal town did an amazing job. They were so careful with all of our belongings. Items were wrapped - which I hadn’t expected but I loved! They communicated well on the plan for loading and unloading. They were really efficient and cooperative. I would definitely work with Tidal Town again - and highly recommend them.

Team of 3 unpacked our freight-load trailer quickly! Caleb, Jeffrey, and To, were incredibly polite and professional. They had very, very tight corners to work around in my house with our largest furniture and did extremely well. They only scuffed one wall and made sure to show me (easy fix, no sweat)—great transparency, gents! I would use Tidal Moving again and I hope their other employees showcase as much care and energy as these young guys did. Small side note, they even welcomed me back to VA as I returned after 20yrs in the military. Thanks, guys.-Dennis Family

Caleb, Hollywood and Two did a wonderful job of transporting furniture from one house to another. Every piece of furniture was wrapped properly and reassembled with care. Will definitely use them again if needed. Good job men!
