Moving day is never fun but this company took the stress out of it. Week of move we had to make an unexpected time adjustment, and our schedule change was accommodated without issue. The three young men that arrived to load the truck were extremely polite, professional, efficient and respectful of us and our belongings. They literally we careful to wrap anything that could possibly be damaged in a move. Great crew, great experience cannot say enough good things.

The guys came on time and were very pleasant, efficient, conversant. They were supremely nice and took care of our move in the best way possible. They always were asking my wife and me if everything was good. They handled all the last minute changes without missing a beat. We will use them again but we hope to never move again. Hahaha. 😂

Steph, Andre, and Q were awesome to work with. They arrived on time and ready to go. They moved things from our 2 story 2400 sqft home to our new home in just 3 hours. This included breaking down the bed frames/couches and putting them back together and putting things exactly where we wanted them. We were on a time constraint, having to be fully moved out of the house in a day and a half, and they relieved an insane amount of stress. All 3 of them were very kind and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

I moved on December 16 about 25 minutes up the road. My boxes were pre packed and the move went really well and smoothly. They rebuilt my bed for me and my couch back together. They also gave me a military discount. They did all this in roughly 2 hours. I recommend them especially if you have a simple move like I did! My movers were Noah and Brendon. They were a great pair of gentleman and did an excellent job!

Tidal Town Movings customer service was great. The booking process was pleasant. I was moving a 1bd1bath 3rd story apartment to a single floor family home. It took 4 hours. (3 to load everything and 1 to unload) The movers were pleasant but seemed slow moving. The movers were also apprehensive to take “small things” such as bags or things unable to go into boxes. I ended up having to load my car full of things that they didn’t want to load. During the move they destroyed one of my dressers. And they tried to say that they weren’t going to be able to move my bed. This is an issue since during the booking I was told that they would have all of the necessary tools to assemble and dissemble. They did not have the tools to take apart my ikea bed. Which is a very popular brand. I paid nearly $700 dollars and do not feel that the service I received was worth that amount.

Tidal Town moving was the best moving assistance move I have had and I have moved over 30 times! Stephon, Chris and Jordan were on time, efficient, energetic, accommodating, and polite. Even though my daughter packed several boxes a bit heavy with books and stairs were involved, they kept smiling and had a positive attitude. The booking went smoothly from start to finish as well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My wife and I used Tidal Town on November 22, 2024 for a move from our 2,700 square ft. home to a retirement community. I give them my MOST STRONGEST recommendation! Everything went perfectly!!! The 4 young men were professional, courteous and showed unbelievable work ethic! Our minimum is 2 hours, and our hourly rate starts at arrival and stops as the last item is placed in your home. Don’t worry about paying exorbitant fees to cover the distance to and from our truck lot.

PAYMENT

We work 7 days a week, serve 48 states in the continental U.S. (via 3rd party freighter, EFS) and offer affordable travel fees.
