I had all my sons booked but they cancelled day of due to two trucks broke down and two guy caught covid. I called Tidal Town and they came the day I was supposed to have other company. They were fast efficient focused.they communicated about everything in a timely manner as well...you should try them for yourself I moved couple of days ago and I still need to move rest so I will probably call them back to get rest of things because my husband tried to be Macho and go back and forth instead of just putting all the things on truck first time . Lol...thanks Caros and Q

We had an outstanding experience with Tidal Town Moving. From the beginning when I first placed a call, I felt they treated me with respect and had great customer service skills.We had a team consisting of Breon, Menkar, and James who helped us move an ambulance simulator into a local high school. These gentlemen were well mannered, respectful, and easy going. They worked hard and were on time, even giving me a courtesy call of when they would arrive on campus.We would gladly use them again if we install another simulator in this area. Good help is hard to come by and these young men worked hard, in the heat, and had our simulator in the classroom in record time. Job well done, Breon, Menkar, and James.

Tidal Town Moving did an excellent job moving me into a new residence. Carlos, Jordan and James really exhibited their willingness to get the job done when the elevator in my building stopped working during the move and they had to carry everything down from the third floor. Byron and Blake couldn't have done a better job moving me and my significant other's things from our apartment, to our new townhouse. They came on time, were very efficient, and kept all our items secured. They made sure our items were put in their proper place and were very friendly. Justin p, Steph, Dakota, q, jerrick, griffin are “Simple The Best” fun, hardworking and polite.After the move I realized I had lot of damage to my property. Filed a claim and after serval weeks receive a check via register mail. The amount I received was not enough to fix all the damage and missing items.I should have know this was not the right company. I asked if they were coming to my house to see my furniture but they said it wasn’t necessary. On the DMV site they worn you to not hire a company that does not come to your home to inspect your item being moved.After I filed a claim the still did not send a representative to inspect the damage. Based the wight on each item by what they wanted to pay.Do your research.Had no problem with the men who moved us.

Can't thank Byron and Blake enough for doing there job fast and efficiently. They came at exactly the designated schedule and was already done packing my apartment in 30 minutes. Moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a townhome and they moved my furniture in literally 2 hours. Will definitely be using tidal town moving again whenever I move again!

I used this company twice. Once to move out of a 1 bedroom apartment and into a storage unit, and then to move out of a storage unit into a house. They did great both times. I highly recommend using them if you are moving!

We used Tidal Town last month for our move. We moved from a 3 story condo to a single family home in the middle of July with no elevator. These guys completed the job efficiently and never complained once! This company is also very reasonably priced. We got 3 quotes from other companies and they were significantly less expensive. I would recommend them any day!
