WELCOME TO TIDAL TOWN MOVING
Firstly, my name is Rooke Crouch and I’m the co-owner and managing partner of Tidal Town Moving. My beautiful wife Lauren and I are huge dog lovers and we have two huge Great Danes, Samwell and Khaleesi. I was born and raised in Greenville, SC, which is located in the Upstate of South Carolina. I received my Bachelors in Management from Clemson University. During my time in school, I got my first experience in the moving industry.
My business partner is Josh Wright, the co-owner and managing partner of Tidal Town Moving. Born in Asheville, NC, Josh and his family moved to Richmond, VA when he was 7 years old. He has family throughout Virginia and has always wanted to come “home.” After receiving his Bachelors in Sport Management from Erskine College, he attended Clemson University. At Clemson, he was able to earn his Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Josh and I both have experienced all parts of the moving industry. Due to starting out as a regular mover, we were able to work our way up the ladder. We look forward to bringing our previous experiences to provide VA beach/norfolk/chesapeake (hampton roads) with the best move possible!
Closing out the team, Avery Crouch will serve as our Operations Manager. Like myself, Avery was also born and raised in Greenville, SC. His natural interpersonal skills and love for helping people are what make him perfect for this position.
Prior to starting Tidal Town Moving, the three of us got into the moving industry in 2015 with a local moving company, Tiger Moving. As the company grew, we all were promoted to management positions. Under our guidance, Tiger Moving received back-to-back, Best of the Upstate awards, by the Greenville News. Because of this, Tiger Moving is now considered the BEST moving company in South Carolina. As you can see we are extremely experienced in the moving industry.

PAYMENT
Our minimum is 2 hours, and our hourly rate starts at arrival and stops as the last item is placed in your home. Don’t worry about paying exorbitant fees to cover the distance to and from our truck lot.
CONVENIENCE
We work 7 days a week, serve 48 states in the continental U.S. (via 3rd party freighter, EFS) and offer affordable travel fees.

Tidal town did an amazing job. They were so careful with all of our belongings. Items were wrapped - which I hadn’t expected but I loved! They communicated well on the plan for loading and unloading. They were really efficient and cooperative. I would definitely work with Tidal Town again - and highly recommend them.
