Nyzir, Dacota, and a 3rd young man whose name escapes me at the moment were our movers. These 3 gentlemen were polite, professional, and task oriented. They arrived on time, explained the contract for clarification, got instructions from us and went to work. This was a small local move but more than my husband and I could handle. I would not hesitate to use this company again if the caliber of movers are like the three young men that assisted us and I would request them again specifically without hesitation.

I cannot recommend Nyzir, Jeremiah, and Marlon enough! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. My sister and I had a full storage unit that needed to be moved into our new 2-bedroom apartment, and they got everything done in just 2 hours!They worked quickly but carefully, making sure all of our belongings were handled with care. On top of being efficient, they were super professional, polite, and made the whole moving process so much easier and stress-free for us.If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, hardworking, and get the job done right, these are the guys you want. These guys have some serious hustle, and I mean that in the most positive way. From the start speaking with John, my sales rep, my experience with tidal town was nothing short of exceptional. I’m Highly qualified to make the statement as I have moved More times than the average bear. Too many account, but I’ll say this my family says I’m a professional mover. And typically I do these things on my own however, I appreciate the help when needed. Today was such the day. The guys showed up promptly even calling me well in advance to let me know they were on their way and every touch point from that moment on exceeded expectations.Tyler, Jelon, And Karrem were absolute professionals. They knew what they were doing, I didn’t have to oversee them, they were constantly moving, and went above and beyond because I was moving out of a four story condo with a stairwell chair lift between the first and second floor- less than ideal…They were friendly, respectful, helpful, and communicative. They made moving out of a somewhat impossible situation, feel like a breeze, and they even made it fun.I will absolutely use this company again for the second phase of my move, and any other subsequent move. I know that people come and go so they may not be available the next time, but I feel confident based off of the previous reviews and my experience today that Tidal Town moving will find another group of exceptional guys to make my moves go smoothly. I had a great experience. I always call Tidal when I move. MARLON and BRENNAN need a RAISE. They were professional and efficient, down to earth.they called also to tell me they were on the way. I want to adopt them like my son's and have them over for the holidays because I love to cook and I always cook too much...lol. the office staff are awesome as well. Called around for 4 quotes to move about 3 rooms and TTM wasn't the cheapest but were close enough and had great reviews. I put my deposit down and instantly got a receipt and emails. Great communication before and following up on the move. I had a window of 11am to 4pm and they showed up at 1:10. Very efficient and careful movers making sure to wrap everything in blankets and not hit any walls. I am very happy with this company and will use them again in the future.

They literally started on time after me showing the what I needed moved. They were professional and courteous. They finished exactly at the estimated time they quoted. Jamal, James, & Q were a terrific moving team, showing up on time & communicating early the day of. Everybody worked together to maximize efficiency, and they took great care in handling all of our furniture. Excellent moving experience. They arrived promptly at 9:59 in Richmond (scheduled for 10am start!) SUPER polite and helpful. I was worried about my packing and organizing but they reassured me and took care of all of our belongings. They adjusted things I requested and got everything situated before leaving. They worked HARD for 7.5 hours in the heat and were still super positive. My ONLY regret is I didn’t schedule them to come and pack everything the day before - it would have made things so much easier.

Btw, this is the best moving experience we've had! The price came in under $1,000 from what we were expecting. All My Sons and Two Men in a Truck charged us over $2300 moving the SAME FURNITURE and artwork, and damaged several peices from Haverty's and destroyed antique mirror that was my great grandmother's! We'll definitely use you again. Thanks so much guys! You ROCK!
