I just want to say this company has been flexible and helpful and has some of the best customer service. My move date has been changed several times due to issues beyond my control and each time they have accommodated the change. It's rare to see great customer service these days.On the day of move the movers Stephon, Christian, and Dakota were great. I was not able to get my keys to my new place until the afternoon, if it wasn't for that, my move would have been completed in record time. They were patient and once we had access they had my stuff moved in in not time, great guys who will get your move done right.

The most amazing movers we ever had. Tyler, Teddy, and Jarick. We appreciate them and all the hard work they did for us! We got movers the day before we were suppose to move, they came out in a timely fashion, they moved, assembled and reassembled all of our things perfectly. None of our items were damaged at all! Tyler went above and beyond to make sure that he was moving in a timely fashion, and asking what we wanted to move, always double checking to make sure that we were good during the move. The professionalism that they shown was spectacular. They will be our movers from now on until forever. There is no one more professional than this moving company and these movers.Our three-bedroom apartment was moved out of and moved into our new place, from Newport News to VA Beach within four hours.

My wife and I used Tidal Town movers this past Saturday. Diego and Shakim were amazing. They called to say they were about 20 minutes out and wanted to know if it would be ok for them to start early or if we'd prefer to wait for our scheduled time. We happily asked them to start early. I was very pleased with the fact that they were not on their phones, but worked efficiently the entire time. They were polite and professional and went above and beyond in taking care of our belongings. Highly recommend.

Aaron and Teddy moved my sister and I today. We were moving from an apartment up 4 flights of stairs to a one story ranch home. These two were Rockstars! They worked efficiently and quickly. The move took no time and they were pleasant to work with as well. They listened to where we wanted things and even separated the boxes by room. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
