When searching for movers it seemed impossible to get people on the phone or to call back. When my MIL called Tidal Town Moving they not only answered but they were super nice and helpful. They allowed my MIL to book a tentative reservation in my name and just as cheerfully reanswered my questions when I finally got to call and confirm our dates. I really appreciate that they break the packing and moving into separate days to avoid a SUPER long day of moving. Tyler and Diego were very polite, thorough, and careful during our move. They were also very prompt! We will definitely be using Tidal Town Moving for our next move.

Breon, Tyler, and Q were professional and courteous. They moved us to our new home in record time with NO DAMAGE. I loved the fact that they had all the tools and knowledge to move our stuff quickly and safely, including a washer and dryer. Although we won't be moving again any time soon, we will definitely be recommending Tidal Town Moving.

Outstanding moving company! Tyler, Q, and Diego are rock solid. They were all very professional, competent, and friendly. In less than 5 hours they cleared out a full 4 bedroom house (we had already boxed our small items), drove over an hour, and unloaded everything into the new house. They were even able to move our 800+ lb safe. Moving is always stressful but these guys made it as smooth as possible. 5 stars!

Very professional staff. Our possessions were well cared for when loading, in transit, and delivered to our new home. This group was very personable and made the typically burdensome process of relocating to a new residency simple and efficiency. I would highly recommend the entire team to anyone in need of assistance. Supervisor Jake, Daryl, David, Diego, Breon, and Quavell we’re all top notch.

Tidal Town Moving has completely changed my perception of moving companies. I have had horrible experiences in the past and went into this move not expecting any better. I was shocked at how professional, timely, protective, and hard-working Jake, Tyler, and Diego were. They quickly protected and moved all of the items I required, putting them exactly where I asked with zero incidents. All of my items arrived in the exact same condition as when they were picked up, and I couldn’t appreciate it more. Not to mention, they have some of the best pricing I have experienced! Again, thank you Jake, Tyler, and Diego for doing an amazing job. My wife and I will most definitely be contacting Tidal Town Moving again for our next move!

I had all my sons booked but they cancelled day of due to two trucks broke down and two guy caught covid. I called Tidal Town and they came the day I was supposed to have other company. They were fast efficient focused.they communicated about everything in a timely manner as well...you should try them for yourself I moved couple of days ago and I still need to move rest so I will probably call them back to get rest of things because my husband tried to be Macho and go back and forth instead of just putting all the things on truck first time . Lol...

I hired Tidal Town because I had a couple of large, heavy, awkward-to-carry appliances that I did not want to ask friends to help move into my new townhouse. Tony, Aaron, and Joe got my washer and dryer to the second floor with great professionalism. It was a tough job and I appreciate their muscle and courtesy.

I have worked with several moving companies in the past and Tidal is by far the best. From beginning to end everyone was very helpful and professional. I had to move my furniture downstairs for a carpet install upstairs and worked with 2 sets of crew. A huge thank you to Joe and Sam for the 1st move. They were in and out. Very pleasant. In our 13 years of PCS moves, this was our families first ever non-government move and WOW they did a phenomenal job. Norman, Caleb, and Tony were efficient and took great care of our furniture. They continually checked in to make sure they were putting things in the right place which I appreciated. They also did a great job getting our furniture up our multi turn staircase. I highly recommend! We liked them so much we requested them for our upcoming move on Thursday from storage to our house.

These gentlemen were just great! Norman, Dre, and Tylick came out to help me move a very old and large dining room table. They took their time with safely disassembling the table and reassembling the table after the move. These guys are polite, respectful of you and your things, and they get the job done right.
